Services

Support that meets you where you are.

There isn’t one right way to need support.

Sometimes a behavior has become difficult and no one is quite sure why. Sometimes a family needs another set of eyes on a problem they’ve been trying to solve for months. Sometimes a support team needs practical strategies everyone can actually use. And sometimes growth happens through an entirely different kind of connection.

Reviresco offers several ways to work together. We’ll start with what matters to you and figure out what kind of support makes sense from there.

Behavior Consultation

Thoughtful, evidence-based behavior consultation focused on understanding why behavior is happening and creating practical, meaningful change.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I work collaboratively with individuals, families, caregivers, and support teams to understand patterns, identify needs, and develop strategies that fit real people in real environments.

For eligible individuals receiving Utah DSPD services, Behavior Consultation may be available through DSPD funding. Private consultation is also available for individuals and families seeking behavioral support outside the DSPD system.

  • Functional behavior assessment and observation
  • Individualized behavior support planning
  • Practical strategies for home and community settings
  • Caregiver and staff training
  • Data review and ongoing plan adjustment
  • Collaboration with families, support coordinators, and care teams

Family Consultation

Sometimes you don’t need an entire program. You need someone knowledgeable to sit down with you, listen carefully, and help you figure out what to do next.

Family consultation offers individualized guidance for parents and caregivers who are navigating behavioral challenges, disability-related needs, service systems, transitions, or simply a situation that feels stuck.

You don’t need to receive DSPD services to work with me.

  • Understanding challenging behavior and identifying possible next steps
  • Practical strategies for everyday routines and family life
  • Navigating disability services and available resources
  • Preparing for transitions and future needs
  • Helping families organize concerns and priorities before team meetings
  • An experienced, compassionate perspective when you need another set of eyes

Horse Connection Sessions

Sometimes connection looks a little different.

Horse Connection Sessions offer experiential, ground-based time with horses designed to create opportunities for connection, confidence, communication, self-awareness, and growth.

There is no riding required and no horse experience necessary. Sessions are intentionally small, individualized, and unhurried, allowing each person to interact with the horse at their own pace.

These sessions are educational and experiential in nature and are not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.

  • Ground-based experiences — no riding required
  • Individualized and low-pressure
  • Opportunities to practice communication, awareness, and problem-solving
  • Builds confidence, connection, and trust
  • Guided interaction with horses in a natural environment

Training & Education

Good support depends on people having tools they understand and can actually use.

I provide engaging, practical training for families, provider teams, professionals, and community organizations on behavior, disability support, and related topics. Trainings can be customized around the needs of a particular team or group rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all presentation.

My goal is for people to leave with more than information — they should understand what to do differently when they walk back into real life.

  • Understanding behavior and what influences it
  • Practical approaches to challenging behavior
  • Person-centered and compassionate support
  • Team-specific training and problem solving
  • Customized workshops and presentations
  • Topics tailored to the needs of your organization or group

Not sure which fits?

That’s completely normal.

You don’t need to know what kind of service you need before reaching out. Tell me a little about what’s happening, what you’re hoping will change, and where you feel stuck. We can talk through the options and decide whether Reviresco is a good fit.
