Behavior consultation, family support, experiential horse sessions, and practical training — grounded in understanding the person first.

How I can help

Different paths. The same belief in meaningful growth.

The name

re·vi·res·co

Latin · verb

“I grow strong again.” “I revive.” “I grow green again.”

Growth doesn’t mean becoming someone new.

Sometimes it means creating the conditions that allow what’s already there to emerge again — strength, connection, confidence, possibility.

That’s the idea behind Reviresco. Not fixing people. Understanding them. Building on what is already there. And helping create the conditions in which meaningful growth can happen. Taking life experiences and growing strong from them.

Meet Emily

Experience matters. So does how you show up.

Hi, I’m Emily Maxwell.

I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with more than two decades of experience spanning special education, behavior consultation, disability services, organizational leadership, and professional training.

Across all of those roles, I’ve learned something that continues to shape the way I work:

People make more sense when we take the time to understand them.

Reviresco grew from my desire to return to the part of this work I love most — getting to know people, asking good questions, figuring out what behavior is telling us, and working alongside individuals, families, and teams to create practical changes that make everyday life better.

Reviresco is intentionally small. When you work with Reviresco, you work directly with me.

Kind words

From people who know my work

I’ve had the privilege of working alongside individuals, families, professionals, and teams in many different settings over the years. Here are a few things they’ve shared about working with me.

Emily has a unique combination of deeply understanding foundational principles of behavior and the creativity to think outside the box. She always approaches people with a sincere appreciation and admiration for their individuality regardless of their skill level. I trust Emily explicitly to provide compassionate and effective care for those who seek her support.
